1. Purpose of this site
This website presents the services of the practice and offers a way to get in touch. It does not provide a diagnosis or individual medical advice.
In a medical emergency, call 144 or go to the nearest emergency department.
2. Appointment requests
A request sent through the form is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once the practice has confirmed it.
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled may be invoiced.
3. Fees and insurance
Services are billed according to the applicable tariff of Swiss compulsory health insurance (KVG). Some complementary medicine services fall under supplementary insurance; please check your cover with your insurer.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected. Reproduction without prior written consent is not permitted. Photographs are sourced from third-party image services and remain the property of their authors.
5. Liability
Content is provided with care but without warranty of completeness or currency. No liability is accepted for damages arising from use of this site or of the external links it contains.
6. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Sursee, Canton of Lucerne, subject to mandatory provisions to the contrary.
